Are you ready to get activated on 4G?
There’s a few ways we can get you activated on 4G. Drop into our store, give us a call on 1555 from your mobile or email us.
If your going to email us, here’s what you need to do:
- Email us at support@vodafone.com.au
- Don’t forget to include your mobile number and your PIN
- Put “Ready to Fly” as your subject
Just remember that you need a few things in order to activate your 4G. Here’s a recap:
Right phone:
This one’s pretty easy, you need a 4G phone with 4G switched on.
Here’s the 4G phones we’ve got available.
They’re usually set up ready for 4G straight out of the box, but if you want to double check here’s how.
Right area:
Check whether 4G is available in your area using our coverage checker, and don’t forget we’re still working on getting more sites online for 4G this year.
Your 4G phone will operate on 3G in other areas. So it’ll still be quick, just not super quick.
Right plan:
All of our current plans are 4G compatible. Older plans may not be, but you can still access 4G with many plans by connecting one of our current data Add-ons.
If you’re prepaid, 4G isn’t available just at the moment but we’re working on it!
